All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Stamp duty, registration charges, taxes, PLC, IFMS, club fees, and connection charges are additional.

5. Property Ownership & Title

Plots offered are classified as Freehold Residential properties. Ownership will be transferred after full payment compliance, execution of Sale Deed, and government registration.

6. Possession Terms

Possession schedule will follow RERA guidelines, the Agreement to Sell, and subject to project development timelines and force majeure conditions.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are subject to the stage of booking, payment plan chosen, documentation status, and agreement clauses.

8. Force Majeure

Delays due to events beyond control (natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, pandemics) will be exempt from liability as per industry norms.

9. Communication Consent

By submitting contact details, you provide consent for Phone Calls, SMS / WhatsApp, and Email Communication regarding project updates. You may request removal anytime.
